We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Operations Director to join a leading Cloud IT Systems integrator in their Dubai office and optimise their sales operations through the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in a similar role within leading IT multinational corporations (MNCs). You will be instrumental in ensuring operational excellence across their sales pipeline, processes, and team enablement, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Pipeline Accountability:

  • Oversee and maintain the sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring the sales team adheres to reporting standards and meets their targets.
  • Provide regular analytics and insights to drive informed decision-making.

Lead-to-Cash Process Ownership:

  • Manage and optimize the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash process, ensuring seamless integration between marketing, sales, finance, and operations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to accelerate revenue recognition and enhance efficiency.

Bid Management:

  • Lead the bid management process, including coordinating cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals that align with customer needs.
  • Ensure timely submission of bids and adherence to compliance and quality standards.

Sales Training & Enablement:

  • Develop and implement sales training programs to improve the team’s skills, product knowledge, and performance.
  • Equip the sales team with tools, resources, and strategies to drive success in a competitive market.

 
Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales operations or related roles within leading IT multinational corporations.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM, with a proven track record of managing sales pipelines and delivering actionable insights.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes, bid management, and sales enablement.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities, capable of driving strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
