Sales & Account Management
We are urgently seeking a highly talented Sales Manager with a history of B2B IT sales and leading successful sales teams in Bahrain, to join a multinational, industry-leading Cloud, Digital and Information & Communication Technology Services Company, based in their Bahrain office.
Responsibilities:
• New business development via prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing deals.
• Lead a team of experienced IT & ICT Sales and Business Development professionals, ensuring revenue targets are achieved.
• Hire, develop and grow the Sales & BD team.
• Generate and drive sales and sales activities with focus on digital transformation and cloud solutions.
• Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.
• Stay abreast of market conditions, new technologies and business opportunities, regularly reporting to your Sales Director.
• Provide a consultative sales process to prospects.
• Deliver exciting sales presentations.
Required skills:
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Overall 10+ years of experience in IT and ICT business-to-business solution selling, focused on digital, cloud, IoT, cybersecurity, data solutions.
• Over 5+ years' experience of leading successful IT Solutions Sales teams
• Fluent Arabic & English communication skills, written and spoken.
• A proven track record of success including customer success stories.
• Self-starter with exceptional motivation & drive.
