Managing Director – Saudi National

We are currently seeking to hire a Saudi National Managing Director to join a leading, multi-national IT Systems Integrator based in Riyadh. The Managing Director will lead the company’s strategic direction, operational efficiency, and financial growth. The ideal candidate must be a Saudi National and will have a strong leadership background with at least 15 years in senior roles within IT System Integrators and/or Vendors. They should be able to drive business growth, build a high-performance culture, and forge strategic partnerships that align with the company’s goals.

Responsibilities:
• Heads and owns full P&L of the Saudi Arabia business.
• Spearheads efforts to drive company growth, including building a diverse local team and a complex operations setup consisting of solution sales, industry-focused business development, solution architecture, local SOC and NOC, IT project delivery management, customer success management, marketing, Finance and HR.
• Contributes to larger company’s strategy development and spearheads execution in Saudi Arabia, providing executive leadership across the KSA organisation.
• Oversees development and on-going execution of sales plans to penetrate and grow business with new accounts through the company’s own direct efforts for MNC accounts and in cooperation with B2B/ strategic partners for national
accounts.
• Oversee and take charge of efforts to create, maintain and grow relationships with multi-national corporations with global or regional head offices in KSA.
• Orchestrates efforts to serve the internal technology needs. and owns relationships with other relevant C-level stakeholders.
• Strengthens relationships with strategic partners at a local level, and supports joint go-to-market planning and execution activities with their resident teams.
• Oversees planning and on-going execution of brand positioning and demand generation campaigns through enterprise marketing channels.
• Oversees local delivery and operations and instils continuous improvement mindset across all functions, including IT project management, cloud engineering teams and a large local SOC serving customers in KSA and beyond.
• Fosters a high-paced, entrepreneurial environment with strong and well orchestrated collaboration amongst local team and central functions.

Requirements:
• Experience and strong track record in C-level roles in similar technology organisations
• Excellent knowledge of KSA market, including key accounts across government and private sectors, relevant authorities and key competitors/ partners
• Proven team leadership and ability to manage senior relationships in a corporate environment
• Experience working in a multi-cultural and diverse environment with matrix driver organisations
• Experience building new businesses from scratch (new corporate ventures, or independent start-ups)
• Bachelor in Engineering/Computer Science or Business; MBA
• Native Arabic language skills is essential
