Sales & Account Management
We are seeking a dynamic and highly-experienced Enterprise Account Director with an successful history of leading teams of Enterprise Account Managers while being focused on selling cloud solutions in the UAE, to join a multinational, industry-leading Cloud Solutions Systems Integrator, based in their Dubai office.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of Strategic Account Managers
- Generate and drive sales and sales activities in named enterprise sized clients
- Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
- Stay abreast of market conditions, new technologies and business opportunities, regularly reporting to your VP, Sales.
- Provide a consultative sales process to prospects
- Deliver exciting sales presentations
Required skills:
- Arabic & English Speaker
- Overall 10+ years of experience in IT Enterprise Account Management, selling cloud, digital, IoT, data solutions in the UAE market
- 5+ years of experience leading successful teams of Account Managers, selling Cloud solutions in the UAE
- Experience working for an IT Systems Integrator or Hyperscaler
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- A proven track record of success including customer success stories
- Self-starter with exceptional motivation & drive
