Chief AI Solutions Architect

We are urgently looking to hire an experienced, highly-talented Chief AI Solution Architect to join a global industry-leading Digital Consulting firm, based in their Dubai office, to lead pursuits and delivery of cutting-edge digital projects for their clients across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and wider Middle East region.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES

• AI Architecture Authority and Delivery Leadership
• Define end-to-end AI solution architectures spanning data platforms, AI/ML pipelines, GenAI stacks, application integration, cloud infrastructure, security, and MLOps
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory standards across client and firm engagements
• Act as design authority for complex, multi-vendor AI programs, ensuring architectural coherence from use-case design through build, deployment, and scale
• Lead delivery of AI solutions, directing internal teams and partners, ensuring solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and responsible AI requirements
• Translate business and functional requirements into actionable AI solution designs, including model selection, orchestration patterns, human-in-the-loop design, and integrations
• Lead AI architecture reviews, steering committees, and governance forums, articulating complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Govern AI solution quality, risks, and dependencies, including data readiness, model risk, technical debt, regulatory compliance, and ethical AI considerations
• Originate and shape AI-led opportunities across priority industries
• Lead AI solutioning for proposals, bids, and pursuits
• Act as a trusted advisor to client executives on AI strategy, investment prioritisation, and value realisation, linking AI use cases to measurable business outcomes
• Represent the firm externally through client workshops, executive briefings, and selected thought leadership engagements on enterprise AI adoption
• Build the firm's AI solution architecture capability (reference architectures, accelerators, reusable assets, and delivery playbooks)

 
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 15+ years of total experience, across AI, data, solution architecture, and technology leadership roles
• Demonstrated track record leading large-scale AI or data-driven transformation programs in consulting or complex enterprise environments
• Proven experience owning AI solutioning for client pursuits and translating AI capabilities into commercial impact
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree or PhD in a relevant field strongly preferred
• Cloud, AI, or data architecture certifications are highly desirable
• Prior consulting, multi-client delivery, and ecosystem partner management experience is a strong advantage
• Deep expertise in enterprise AI solution architecture, including data platforms, ML engineering, GenAI/LLM architectures, application integration, cloud, security, and MLOps
• Proven ability to design and deliver AI solutions that move from experimentation to production at scale
• Strong command of AI non-functional requirements, including performance, reliability, explainability, security, compliance, and cost optimisation
• Experience with modern AI stacks and platforms (e.g., cloud AI services, open-source ML frameworks, vector databases, orchestration and monitoring tools)
• Executive-level communication and influencing skills, with the ability to bridge business strategy and advanced AI engineering
• Professional-level English communication skills are essential
